The Chester Tavern: Serving You Since 1855

The Chester Tavern originally opened its doors in 1855 and is one of the very few surviving public houses in Kidderminster. The property was purchased in September 2021 and when the news of a big refurbishment began to spread, the support of the local community was immense. 

 

We found very quickly that everyone had their own story attached to The Chester Tavern and our aim now is to help create even more memories at the pub in the heart of the Kidderminster community. 

Work began in November 2021, and we were proud to open doors on 5th August 2022.
